Awake At Last

Between touring and new music videos, rock band Awake At Last has been busy. We caught up with them to talk about what the future holds for the band.

1. Since the last time we spoke, what have you been doing? (Tours, releases, etc..)

We've been staying consistently busy touring as much as we can, and we just recently released a live video for our song "Analysis Paralysis" which has been exciting to show that side of things.

2. Musically, what have you been working on?

We've been writing for a little over a year and a half, and thinking really hard about what kind of message we want to put out for the next record.  It's been long but very rewarding, and I can't wait to show the world what we've been up to.

3. Have you felt like the bands has grown since September?

We've grown exponentially. We've reached some amazing milestones, like a million streams on Spotify, and the Purgatorium video hitting 150,000 views. It's showing at the shows too as more of our amazing fans have come out to support us along the journey.

4. What are some goals you want to achieve before the end of the year?

We definitely would love to land some bigger support tours, and a new music video or two. We plan on keeping this train full speed ahead and hope to achieve these and so much more even potentially a new album.

5. What are the plans for the next couple months? (New tours/music?)

We're currently on tour right now and as more dates fill in we will continue to do so. We hope to have a new lyric video out soon for one of my favorite songs off of Life Death Rebirth, and hoping to get closer to this full length.

6. Tell us about your next shows and why we should be there.

Our live show has evolved a lot with story telling, and we always make sure that we are 100% available to our fans to talk and just hang out. Things keep getting bigger, and it'd be great to have everyone who's helped us get here, continue to move forward with us on the ground level! We are also told that those who loved the record really loved how we perform the songs live. I think theres a lot of passion and intensity that maybe translates better live. Either way I hope to see the show continue to grow.

Think they can be your new favorite band? Give them a listen here.
