BONES UK

BONES UK is a powerful girl duo from the UK consisting of Rosie Bones and Carmen Vandenberg. You might have seen them open for Palaye Royale last year, or you might be debating catching them on tour this summer. The band’s first full length album comes out on July 12th. If you have heard any of their other songs such as “Beautiful Is Boring” or “Girls Can’t Play Guitar” you’re as excited as we are to hear the new album. The girls have been keeping us on our toes by releasing two new singles, “Filthy Freaks” and “Choke”. You can watch the new video for “Choke” here:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8TCRpQcnyqo I would highly recommended going to see one of their live shows if they are coming to a city near you. You can check out the cities and buy tickets here:  https://www.bonesuk.com/tour

Sonic Temple

As a first time music festival, there will of course be some flaws. I purchased single day tickets for Sunday, since I was only going to see Palaye Royale and Yungblud. Almost immediately after doors opened, one of the side staged was shut down for the entire day due to “high winds”. I spent most of my day at the Echo Stage. First, so saw Palaye Royale and of course, they never disappoint. Remington Leith, lead singer, got the crowd hype by climbing on speakers and making the crowd “Get Higher”. Palaye Royale started the Funeral Tour only a few days before Sonic Temple. You can find your dates here: https://www.palayeroyale.com/tour-dates Only 30 minutes later and Yungblud took the stage. Lead singer Dominic Harrison made a strong first impression on the crowd by wearing a short black dress. If you’re looking for a high energy show, I would highly suggest seeing Yungblud on tour. Although his upcoming tour is sold out, keep on eye out on his website for new tour dates.  A few...

Set It Off: The Midnight World Tour

Image
With a name like Set It Off - you have to live up to expectations. If you were lucky enough to be apart of the almost sold out 800 person crowd, you’d know this show was truly a once in a lifetime experience. The show kicked off at 6:30 with L.I.F.T followed by Super Whatevr and With Confidence. After a digital countdown to midnight, Set It Off came out with one of the first singles off the newly released album, “Midnight”. The setlist included a drum solo by drummer, Max Danziger. The boys ended the night with a thank you speech, followed by “Wolf In Sheep’s Clothing”. The energy in the venue was incredible, Set It Off definitely felt it too.  Setlist:  Lonely Dance Uncontainable  Criminal Minds N. M. E.  Hypnotized  Killer In The Mirror For You Forever Unopened Windows Upside Down Bad Guy Drum Solo Dancing With The Devil The Haunting Dream Catcher, No Disrespect, Ancient History, Bleak December, Admit It/ Miss Mysterious/ I’ll Sleep When I...

Yungblud - Loner (Single)

Image
Upcoming alternative band Yungblud is taking the music world by storm by saying exactly what he wants to say, by encouraging a rock rebellion in youth. After a summer at Warped Tour, along with several tours surrounding his debut album 21st Century Liability, he kicked 2019 off right. With the release of Loner Yungblud also teases new music coming early 2019. His fans are screaming every lyric of the new song because after all, we’re all Loners.

Waterparks: The Entertainment Tour

Image
Waterparks released their second album Entertainment at the beginning of this year. After touring with Warped Tour this summer, Waterparks went on their headliner The Entertainment Tour across the US. I got the opportunity to see them in Cleveland and Pittsburgh on this tour. As always, Waterparks had very talented headliners that included De’Wayne Jackson, Nick Gray, Super Whatevr and IDKHBTFM. Waterparks put on an energetic show, playing songs from their EPs, all the way up to their current album.  The set list included: Blonde 11:11 Rare Gloom Boys Dizzy Peach (Lobotomy) Sleep Alone Royal Crave We Need To Talk Take Her To The Moon Lucky People 21 Questions Tantrum What We Do For Fun Not Warriors  Stupid For You I would highly recommend seeing them on the remainder of the Entertainment tour. Palaye Royale: The Final Boom Tour

Image
After releasing the second part to their first album, Boom Boom Room Side A & B were complete. I got a chance to attend The Final Boom in Pittsburgh and Cleveland. The Final Boom Tour is on another level compared to the “performers” that are filling this generation. The three brothers put everything on stage. The high energy show was complete with Remington Leith, the lead singer, climbing on railings and speakers to engage the audience. The audience, filled with all ages, from 5 year olds to 60 year olds, all seemed to be in awe by the talented performers. After the show, each member of Palaye Royale came out to greet fans. The three were reportedly very sick but that didn’t stop them from taking time to listen to every story that fans were thrilled to tell. Palaye Royale gives their all to anyone who wants to lend an ear, and that definitely payed off judging by the sold out shows across the globe.

Neck Deep: The Peace and The Panic USA Tour 2

Neck Deep came to Cleveland Ohio to the Agora seven months after their concert was first canceled at the Agora in February. The Peace and The Panic part two tour setlist ranged from everything from Rain In July, up to their current album The Peace and The Panic. The crowd was as energetic for the three openers (Stand Atlantic, WSTR, and Trophy Eyes) as they were for Neck Deep. Check out their music here: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=RPzf_4dcL28
